Angélica López, an Example of Overcoming Adversity and Growth in the Terronera Project

Angélica López is the first woman to develop a professional growth project within the Terronera project. Her story is an example of success and overcoming challenges within the Endeavour Silver family. Her desire to learn and fight for her dreams brought her to the company five years ago, starting with a temporary job in the exploration area, in a cleaning position.

In 2023, a job opportunity arose as an operator, specifically as a PTAR (Water Treatment Plant) Analyst. Although it was a difficult challenge to face, thanks to her character and skills, and with the support of her daughters, her co-workers, and the company, she was able to overcome the obstacles.

Thanks to the training she received from Endeavour Silver, she gained the knowledge to perform the activities of the position satisfactorily, such as taking PH samples in water, biomass, among other functions.

As she progressed, she acquired experience, skills, and self-confidence, helping her achieve her goals, develop her qualities, and, above all, overcome her fears.
