Training Program for Plant Technicians and Supervisors at Terronera

Terronera launched its Training Program for Plant Technicians and Supervisors in July, 2024, with 38 students participating:

• 17 non-local workers
• 18 members from the Santiago de Pinos community
• 1 worker from the Los Reyes community
• 2 workers from San Felipe de Hijar

Notably, the latter 21 participants come from the hosting communities of Terronera in Jalisco state and joined the course with no prior mining experience or knowledge.

This program marks a significant milestone for Endeavour Silver, as it provides education, employment, and opportunities to our community members. We are committed to promoting community talent as a pillar of our sustainability strategy.

The consulting company J5, responsible for the technical-operational training at the Terronera Processing Plant, is leading these training sessions. The program lasts five months, combining theory and hands-on experience at the mineral processing plant.

Our leaders spent a week covering Corporate Philosophy, emphasizing ICARE values and the “Te Cuido” program. Our goal is to ensure everyone returns home safe and healthy, living by our motto: “Step Back and Take Control.”
