WIM Mexico Recognizes Terronera with the WIM Seal 2026 for Promoting Equity in Mining

Women in Mining Mexico (WIM Mexico) awarded Terronera the 2026 WIM Seal of Equality, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, recognizing its role alongside 16 other mining operation, in advancing gender equality and women’s inclusion in mining. 

The WIM Seal highlights mining companies, suppliers, and service providers that implement concrete policies and practices aimed at gender equality, workplace inclusion, non-discrimination and opportunities for women’s professional development in mining

Companies are evaluated through a process that measures their progress in creating inclusive workplaces and promoting equal opportunities. 

Terronera Mine received the Bronze level recognition which reflects the degree to which the organization has implemented effective policies and actions supporting equality and inclusion.

To celebrate this accomplishment, our Endeavour Women at Terronera, lead by Hansel Montenegro, Compliance and Assurance manager, created this video that promotes the Endeavour Women philosophy.
