Supporting Local Talent: Karla Martínez Pelayo’s Growth at Terronera
At Terronera, we believe in local talent and are committed to developing it. Today, we are proud to recognize the achievements of Karla Martínez Pelayo, who joined our team on February 19, 2024, as a Level 1 Mining Technician. Originally from Las Mesitas, Jalisco, Karla has shown remarkable dedication and commitment throughout her training, developing key skills for a successful career in the mining industry.
During her training, she has stood out for her responsibility and technical ability, successfully completing specialized courses on Getman equipment, including the Mobile Crane, Scissor Lift, Procharge, and Pallet A64. She has also completed her training to operate the TH545i Low-Profile Truck, one of the most advanced and demanding machines in the industry.
Karla’s hard work and determination not only reflect her drive for professional growth but also Terronera’s commitment to developing talent within our neighboring communities. Her journey is a testament to how, with the right support and training, local talent can achieve great things and contribute meaningfully to the growth of mining in Mexico.
We are confident that Karla will continue to be a source of pride for both her community and Endeavour Silver.
